Data protection officer: none has been appointed. Our activity falls into none of the three cases where Article 37 of the GDPR requires one — we are not a public body, we carry out no large-scale systematic monitoring, and we process no special categories of data at scale. Data requests are handled by management, at executive@acmeconsultants.fr.
The contact form. Name, email address, company, sector of interest and the message you write. We use them only to reply and to frame a possible project. None of these fields is required by law: they are what we need in order to reply, and an incomplete enquiry may go unanswered. They travel through Formspree, which delivers them to our inbox, and are kept for three years after the last exchange.
Audience measurement. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies, without a persistent identifier and without identifying data. Figures are aggregated; they cannot recognise you from one visit to the next. The notice shown on your first visit lets you refuse this measurement: the script is then never loaded at all. With no cookie and no identifier, this measurement falls within the consent exemption the French data protection authority allows for audience measurement; we offer the refusal anyway.
Browser local storage. Two technical values that never leave your device: your answer to the notice, and the state of the configurator on the Quick study page. Neither is a cookie and neither is read by a third party.
Server logs. For security and diagnosis, our host keeps the usual technical access records — including the IP address — for a short period set by its own terms.
No advertising cookies, no social network trackers, no fingerprinting, no profiling, no sale or rental of data. The site makes no automated decisions.
The data is available only to the ACMÉ consultants concerned by your enquiry, and to the providers strictly needed to run the site:
Vercel and Formspree are established in the United States. Transfers outside the European Union rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, on those providers' Data Privacy Framework certification. A copy of those safeguards is available on request at executive@acmeconsultants.fr.
This policy describes the acmeconsultants.fr website. Data gathered during a study — recruitment, interviews, recordings, verbatims — falls under a separate framework: information and consent given to the participant before fieldwork, the contract signed with the client, and the ICC/ESOMAR international code. Recordings are never circulated outside the arrangement set out in the contract.
Your answer to the notice is kept in your browser. You can revisit it at any time: the button below erases what was stored and brings the notice back, with both answers.
Clearing your browser's site data has the same effect.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. Write to executive@acmeconsultants.fr: we reply within one month.

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to messages received through the form is limited to the people who have to answer them.
